We have partnered with ZipPay to offer flexible and secure payment options that allow you to take your new glasses or contact lenses home now and pay later. It is quick and easy to use, and means you can start seeing better sooner.
ZipPay is available for in-store purchases of products and services at our Tamworth practice. Read on to help you decide if ZipPay is right for you.
What is zipPay?
ZipPay is an interest free payment plan option that offers up to a $1000 spending limit. At the end of each month, you can choose to pay off your balance in full or make a partial payment that suits your budget.
There is a minimum repayment amount of $40 per month and a monthly service fee of $6 applies. This fee is waived if you pay your balance in full by your due date. We suggest logging into your ZipPay account and setting up a direct debit to automatically make your repayments online by debit card, credit card or Bpay. Installing the Zip app (available in the App store) makes monitoring your Zip commitments easy.

Using ZipPay at our practice
STEP 1:
Let your Optical Dispensers know you’d like to pay with ZipPay.
STEP 2:
Sign up or sign-in to ZipPay using your mobile phone. Once approved, select ‘Shop In-store’ from the menu in your digital wallet. If you are using the Zip app then simply tap the In Store button at the bottom of the screen.
STEP 3:
You’ll receive a 6-digit code on your phone. Give this code to your Optical Dispenser, and your purchase will be processed as normal.
STEP 4:
ZipPay pays us on your behalf. You take your glasses home with you. You pay zipPay over time with total flexibility, interest free.
